Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Drew Lachey found his creative instincts at an early age and pursued them at the School for Creative and Performing Arts. Following high school, he joined his brother Nick as one-fourth of the Motown recording group 98 Degrees. Known for their vocal abilities, the four-part harmony group recorded four albums and sold more than 8 million records worldwide. He has made several guest appearances on primetime television, acting and hosting, starred in independent features and was seen weekly on the hit MTV reality show "Newlyweds." A longtime fan of the theater, Drew realized a dream playing Mark Cohen in the Pulitzer Prize- and Tony Award-winning Broadway show "Rent." His most recent credit is being crowned the champion of "Dancing with the Stars" on ABC.
In the summer of 2008, Lachey starred as Patsy in Monty Python's hit Broadway musical SPAMALOT.
